Joshua is an experienced agronomist with 8 years of expertise in agronomy, horticulture, agricultural extension, and export quality control. He has collaborated with major organizations across six countries and currently serves as the Agronomy and Compliance Officer at HortiFresh.

Agronomy & Compliance Officer
Yuda specializes in improving agricultural practices and ensuring compliance in the fresh fruits and vegetables sector. He trains farmers, offers advisory services, and leads projects to enhance production standards and trade compliance, advancing sustainability and excellence in agriculture.

Project Development Head
Hannington is an Agricultural Development Specialist with expertise in systems analysis, research, and strategic planning. He focuses on rural livelihoods and sustainable development, notably leading the HortiFresh NU-HortiMap Project.
Peter Garang
Project Development Consultant
Peter is an Agronomist and Business Development Associate with 13 years of experience in managing agricultural value chains and food systems. He has led food security and livelihood projects in South Sudan and Uganda, significantly impacting rural communities.
Kevin Kusiima
ICT Officer
Kevin is a versatile IT Officer. At Hortifresh, he has led digital marketing campaigns, including the SwissContact-sponsored Uganda Trade Portal awareness initiative. He also manages website functionality and develops professional brand materials boosting engagement and visibility.
Fred Aganirwa
Agronomy & Compliance Officer
Aganirwa is a Support staff member in the Agronomy and Compliance Department at Hortifresh. He currently coordinates technical agribusiness activities at Butikiro Eco Farms, where he provides extension services to farmers, focusing on crops such as Hass Avocado, onions, cabbage and essential oil plants.
