Head of Programs & Operations
Prisca is a seasoned private sector consultant with over 10 years of experience managing private, public, and PPP projects. She played a key role in the $862 million Bujagali Energy project and currently serves as Head of Operations and Programs at HortiFresh Uganda.
Joshua Baguma
Senior Compliance Coordinator
Joshua is an experienced agronomist with 8 years of expertise in agronomy, horticulture, agricultural extension, and export quality control. He has collaborated with major organizations across six countries and currently serves as the Agronomy and Compliance Officer at HortiFresh.

Membership Officer
As the Membership Officer at HortiFresh, Adrine plays a pivotal role in enhancing member engagement. She leads recruitment efforts, guides members on export readiness, ensures compliance, and addresses inquiries to support organizational growth. Hannington is an Agricultural Development Specialist with expertise in systems analysis, research, and strategic planning. He focuses on rural livelihoods and sustainable development, notably leading the HortiFresh NU-HortiMap Project.

Peter is an Agronomist and Business Development Associate with 13 years of experience in managing agricultural value chains and food systems. He has led food security and livelihood projects in South Sudan and Uganda, significantly impacting rural communities.

Agronomy & Compliance Officer
Aganirwa is a Support staff member in the Agronomy and Compliance Department at Hortifresh. He currently coordinates technical agribusiness activities at Butikiro Eco Farms, where he provides extension services to farmers, focusing on crops such as Hass Avocado, onions, cabbage and essential oil plants.
